The Winter Garden is a spectacular 10-story enclosed glass hall, offering panoramic views of the future site of the World Trace Center and Lower Manhattan at one end, and showcasing a majestic bay window with magnificent views of the Hudson River on the other end.  The central feature of the Winter Garden is the grand semicircular staircase, fashioned of Italian marble and opening up to a grove of 45-foot palm trees.

Just outside the glass-enclosed Winter Gardens it the Plaza, an open-air piazza overlooking the North Cove Harbor on the Hudson River, ideal for sunset cocktail parties and seated dinners.  Gracing the riverfront adjacent to the Plaza are beautifully landscaped seasonal gardens along the esplanade, reflecting pools and works of art including sculptures by world-renowned artists.
