A variety of charming rooms can accommodate all types of special occasions including Corporate Parties, Dinners, Cocktail Parties, Weddings, Teas, fundraisers Meetings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Baby Showers, etc.

When you rent Orchard Hill, you and your guests are the only ones who will be on site.  This means that you have exclusive use of the house and grounds for the contracted time. 

Ceremonies can take place at Orchard Hill for no additional fee.  Ceremonies in the Garden of Appreciate can accomodate up to 150 guests.  Cocktail hour can take place inside Orchard Hill. The living room, library, dining room, porch, hallway and entrance can be used for cocktails. The series of connecting rooms allow guests to walk around and mingle, while appreciating the unique architecture and decor of each room. cocktail hour can also be conducted outside, in the back of Orchard Hill.
