The NY Hall of Science, is a spacious venue, with two rooms to choose from. When renting the space, you are renting the entire museum so that you have your choice of hall for cocktail hour, as well as your choice of room for the event itself.
The first space is the Great Hall: This room evokes the deep blue intensity of outer space and provides a dramatic event backdrop. This celestial, columnless 7,000-square-foot space holds up to 400 for dinner and 500 for cocktails.
The second space is Viscusi Gallery: Surrounded by white walls, this oval-shaped room is your personal canvass. A 4,000-square-foot gallery space, the Viscusi can seat up to 300 guests as well as accommodate a dance floor. This space is our most popular venue for bar/bat mitzvah, wedding receptions and corporate events.
Rental times are Mon-Fri 5pm-1am
and Saturday & Sunday 6pm-2am
Rental prices for space only are Mon-Thurs $4,000
Saturday $6,000
and Friday & Sunday $5,000
