Both studios at the Glasshouse are made up of floor-to-ceiling glass window walls that give incredible, breathtaking waterfront views of lower Manhattan, the Hudson River, and the Upper West Side.  Features  of the space include the adjustable built-in lighting, and convient 24 hour attendant parking across the street.

Glasshouse 14 is 3,600 sq ft
Glasshouse 21 is 3,400 sq ft plus terrace

Both floors can accomodate up to 200 guests for cocktails and 150 for seated dinner.
